Clothing Storage Bags, 90L (6-Pack)

Six bags, 90 litres each, for the seasonal clothing and spare bedding that has nowhere to live. One takes a winter coat and a couple of jumpers, or a duvet and pillows. They sit under a bed or stack on top of a wardrobe and keep dust off without sealing damp in.

The fabric is a three-ply non-woven composite — it breathes, which matters if things are going away for months. Airtight plastic traps moisture against fabric and that is how you get a musty smell by spring.

Good to know

• Breathable rather than airtight. For maximum compression use vacuum bags instead
• Make sure everything is properly dry before it goes in
