What is it made of?
Check the specifications in the description above — we state the actual material for every item, including the glass type and what the seal and lid are made from.
How do I clean it?
Glass bodies and silicone seals wash normally. Hand-wash any wooden lid and dry it straight away; a dishwasher dries the wood out and splits it.
When will it arrive?
Free UK delivery on everything. Dispatched within 2 working days, then 15 to 30 days to arrive, because it ships direct from the maker. If 30 days pass and it has not turned up, we replace or refund it — see the shipping policy.
What if it arrives damaged?
Glass occasionally breaks in transit. Email us a photo and we will replace or refund it. You will not be asked to post a broken item back.
